Or not... It took us about 5 years to learn photogaphing cars in a studio. Is is so diffucult then ? -YES ! Todays cars are like mirrored balls used against shop lifting. The goal of these mirrors is looking in all directions. You see the problem....

A fine physical application for such a mirror, though less interesting when photographing a car. Our studio-cove is made for this: a set of 14x14x7 meters, with a backdrop of 36 meters.
The cinematic lighting equipment is throwing light on the studio cove walls and ceiling moveable platform. The lines and shapes created are reflecting in the vehicle. In this way, the lighting of the car is created. Seems simple, but needs a lot of experience. |
